The Contest is open to people 13 years of age or older (as of date of entry) who are legal residents of the Republic of Singapore. The officers, directors, and employees of Hawley & Hazel and its parent company, and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies (Hawley & Hazel) and all advertising, promotion and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest (collectively the Contest Parties) and family members or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

1. The contest will commence at 09:30 am on 1 January 2020 and end at 11:59pm on 29 February 2020. All entries must be received by 9 March 2020.

2. Valid only with minimum purchase of 1 Darlie Double Action We Bare Bears™ Toothpaste pack (3x250g/3x200g/3x180g) from retail outlets / authorised online e-retailers in Singapore only.

3. 10 winners will be selected to win the grand prize which is provided in the form of a hotel voucher for 1 Night Staycation with breakfast at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel, worth $329, subject to T&C from Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel and Hawley & Hazel. Hotel vouchers are pre-determined. Any requests for a change in hotel will not be entertained. Hotel vouchers do not include any other meals/tips. Any top up required will be borne by the winner. 4. Winners will be contacted via mail or email within 4 weeks from the end of promotion period.

7. Participants providing incomplete or incorrect details will NOT be eligible for the contest.

8. Multiple entries are allowed. Each entry must be accompanied with a proof of purchase dated within 1 January to 29 February 2020. Entries with duplicate receipts or those without proof of purchase will be disqualified.

9. Your entries to this promotion will be treated as accepting to the terms and conditions stipulated. By taking part in this contest, you understand and accept without condition that Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. (Singapore) Ltd may elect to use your personal information for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy and confidentiality with the highest priority.

JUDGES DECISION
